Edward Berge (American 1876-1924) "Over There". LOAN. COM For MD. VAN LEAR BLACK, publisher of the Baltimore Suns, died mysteriously in 1930 while steaming from New York Harbor toward Chesapeake Bay on his yacht "The Sablo". This plaque is unique.
